Belfast One World Run

Belfast One World Run celebrated it's 30th year with another successful event!

Belfast One World Run

The sun shone in County Antrim for the 30th Belfast One World Run which took place 22 May 2016.

Over 400 runners descended on Ormeau Park for the 2k, 5k and 10k events which cater for the abilities of runners of all ages.

Thank you to everyone who attended, we are so grateful to be one of the charities that this event supports and for all the hard work that is put into making this event such a success.

Final donations are yet to be confirmed.

Advent Hope Service - candles Nathan Rutherford (aged 4) ran the whole 2K without stopping once, with his dad Jasper.

The Belfast One World Run, from its inception, has focused on being a cross community event aimed at assisting those in developing countries, enabling them to have a better quality of life.

Christian Aid is very grateful to be one of the charities to benefit from this event, which also supports Oxfam, Trócaire and Concern.

Please run or walk with us, to help lift people out of poverty!
