Small Change Collection

Your small change can make a big difference

In homes across Ireland hundreds of jam-jars, tins and boxes filled with small change are collecting dust.

Maybe those of you living in Northern Ireland have a container with all the small euro change from your last visit to Ireland or holiday in France. Those in the Republic of Ireland might have a container of 1p and 2p coins from your last visit to the north.

Why not let Christian Aid help you do a clear out and put all that spare change to good use. Whether it’s euros or sterling we can use your small change to make a big difference.

Whether you collect the money individually, or through your school, church or workplace we’d love to hear from you and support you any way we can. If you’d like to organise a collection in your school, church or workplace you could use this poster to help publicise it.
