Church collection and resources

Could your church join the thousands of churches holding a service for Christian Aid Week?

The church founded Christian Aid Week to fight for equality, dignity and freedom for all.

For more than 60 years, thousands of churches in Britain and Ireland have come together to support the week each May.

We are motivated by our faith in Christ and a deeply held conviction that each and every person on earth is a treasured child of God with infinite worth.

By holding a church collection this Christian Aid Week, we can support our sisters and brothers around the world, reflecting God’s unconditional love and his great mercy.

Download our worship and publicity resources to use in your church today.

Your collection could help people like Marcelin

Marcelin lost his home, possessions and livestock when Hurricane Matthew hit Haiti in September 2016.

He’s working hard to provide for his three teenage daughters, but can no longer afford to send them all to school and they often go hungry.

If another hurricane were to strike, Marcelin fears the worst.
