Helen Newell, who many of you know well, will be our Keynote Speaker. Helen is our Senior Church and Community Officer and has worked for Christian Aid Ireland for 11 years. She will be speaking on ‘The World we Want to See’ and sharing the impact your support is having in Zimbabwe, which is our focus country this May.

We’ll also explore together important updates for Christian Aid Week, and enjoy two seminars. Our Head of Policy and Advocacy Conor O’Neill will be joining us to discuss how Christian Aid Ireland’s prophetic voice can tackle the root causes of poverty. We will also be providing some networking opportunities, valuable to connect with people and share experiences.

We hope to gather in person in Willowfield Parish Halls, Belfast BT6 9DN following all current advice. Parking is on-street; please be considerate of the local residents.

There will also be a way to join us online so that everyone can be involved. You’ll still be part of the conference and we hope to also provide you with opportunity to connect with others attending. The timings will still be 9:30am-1pm.

Please RSVP using the webform (right) to book your place, whether you come in person or join us online.

This is an important event for all Christian Aid volunteers and supporters, so please do prioritise coming along and bringing others from your church.
