We work with our partners in El Salvador to empower marginalised communities to demand tax justice, accountability and protection of human rights.

Ghana

In Ghana we worked to significantly improve the lives of poor and marginalised men and women and bring about a fair and just society.

Guatemala

We work with partner organisations to address Guatemala's economic inequality, help communities prepare for natural disasters and reduce conflict.

Honduras

We've been working in Honduras since 1997 helping communities prepare for disasters, grow small business, and advocate for tax reforms.

India

Christian Aid has supported local organisations in India for more than five decades.

Kenya

We believe that unjust power relations are at the centre of poverty, so we aim ensure communities are able to understand and exercise their rights to health services, engage in inclusive markets, and be resilient to climate-related risks.

Working with five long-term local partners throughout the country, Christian Aid's strategy has been to tackle the root causes of poverty.

Myanmar (Burma)

We've worked in Myanmar for more than 30 years in partnership with civil society and faith-based organisations, helping to build thriving and resilient communities.

Nepal

We have worked in Nepal since 2004 with local partners in various districts to reach out to people who are vulnerable, marginalised and unheard.

Nicaragua

Christian Aid works in four countries in Central America - Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua.

South Sudan

Christian Aid has been operating in the Sudan and the current South Sudan since the 1970s.
